場地及宴會
Our restaurant provides a versatile venue featuring professional conference facilities, comprehensive amenities, perfectly suited for hosting banquets and business gatherings. Private event bookings and conference room rentals are subject to minimum spending requirements, with reservations required at least 10 days in advance. A deposit is also necessary to secure your booking. Due to limited availability, all reservations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

EXECUTIVE CHEF
行政總廚
Chef Wai-Kin FUNG (Ken) brings over two decades of distinguished culinary experience, having honed his craft at some of the world’s finest dining establishments, including the renowned Peking Duck specialist Xihe Ya Yuan (Hong Kong). His career spans key leadership roles in kitchen operations and corporate management, showcasing exceptional culinary innovation and strategic expertise.
Chef Ken’s remarkable achievements have earned him widespread acclaim, including Silver Medals at both "The World Championship of Chinese Cuisine" and "The First Belt and Road International Culinary Competition", as well as a Bronze Medal in the group category at the HOFEX Culinary Competitions. A respected figure in the industry, he is often sought after as a mentor, judge, and speaker at top culinary events, dedicating himself to promoting Chinese culinary culture and enhancing restaurant industry standards.
With unmatched expertise in ingredients and techniques, paired with extensive fine dining experience, Chef Ken is committed to reinventing Chinese cuisine with innovative creations that blend tradition and modernity.
馮健偉師傅 擁有超過二十年的專業廚藝經驗,曾效力於多家著名餐飲機構,其中包括以片皮鴨聞名的高端品牌「羲和雅苑」(香港)。在其職業生涯中,他歷任廚部總管、營運總監及行政總監等多個核心職位,展現出卓越的餐飲管理才能與全方位的專業實力。
馮師傅以其精湛的廚藝,在多項國際及本地廚藝比賽中屢獲殊榮,包括榮獲被譽為「中餐奧林匹克」的「中國烹飪世界大賽」個人銀獎、「一帶一路國際美食廚藝大賽」個人銀獎,以及HOFEX大賽組別銅獎等。此外,馮師傅亦積極貢獻業界,屢獲邀擔任多個大廚培訓導師、美食比賽評審及表演嘉賓,致力推廣中菜文化及提升餐飲業水平。

餐廳服務細則 Restaurant Terms of Service
1. 餐廳接待對象:只限都會大學教職員及親友使用。用餐或場地使用當日,必須攜同及出示職員證,並親自出席
2. 如欲惠顧,請先預約
3. 自攜蛋糕並於餐樓內享用,需收取$100/個切餅費
4. 請勿於餐廳內享用外來食物及飲品
5. 颱風及極端情況之營業安排:

當黑雨訊號懸掛,餐廳會於有限度的情況下繼續營業
-
極端情況、8號或以上颱風訊號懸掛,餐廳暫停營業
-
如極端情況、8號或以上的颱風訊號於早上10時前除下,餐廳將照常營業
-
如極端情況、8號或以上的颱風訊號於下午3時前除下,餐廳晚市將恢復營業
-
如極端情況、8號或以上的颱風訊號於下午3時後除下,餐廳晚市將暫停營業
6. 開放時間
星期一 至 星期日 (公眾假期休息)
中午12時至晚上10時,最後下單時間為晚上9時
1. The restaurant exclusively caters to the teaching staff of HKMU and their family members. On the day of dining or venue use, guests must bring and present their staff ID, and attend in person.
2. Advance reservations are required for dining at the restaurant.
3. A cakeage fee of $100 per cake will be charged for bringing and consuming your own cake in the restaurant.
4. Outside food and drinks are not allowed to be consumed in the restaurant.
5. Operating Arrangements during Typhoon and Extreme Conditions:

The restaurant will remain open with limited service when the Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted.

When Extreme Conditions, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is hoisted, the restaurant will be closed.
-
If Extreme Conditions, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is lowered before 10:00 AM, the restaurant will resume normal operations.

If Extreme Conditions, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is lowered before 3:00 PM, the restaurant will resume dinner operations.
-
If Extreme Conditions, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is lowered after 3:00 PM, the restaurant's dinner service will be suspended.
6. Opening Hours
Monday to Sunday (Close on Public Holidays)
12:00pm to 10pm, last order at 9:00pm
